The development of the Coquitlam River Watershed Strategy has been guided by a Project Team comprised of several watershed partners, who contribute their in-kind time and financial resources. 

The Project Team meets about four times a year and during public meetings and workshops that coincide with steps in the process for developing an governance framework for the Coquitlam River watershed.  As Phase III of the Coquitlam River Watershed Strategy governance process concluded during summer 2010, the team will be reassemble this fall to seek a broader sector representation to the formation of Transition Team. The new team will have the role to initiate formation of a Rountable for the Coquitlam River watershed through to 2011.
