The development of the Coquitlam River Watershed Strategy is currently guided by a Project Team comprised of several watershed partners, who contribute their in-kind time and financial resources. 

The Project Team meets about four times a year and during public meetings and workshops that coincide with steps in the process for developing an governance framework for the Coquitlam River watershed.
