Phase II involved an engagement and visioning process designed to bring together a multifaceted group of stakeholders to engage in a series of community workshops to establish a Common Vision for the Coquitlam River and to develop guiding principles to support decision making. Phase I of the Coquitlam River Watershed Strategy project was to complete a backgournd research and summarize the many documents that have been produced over the years that have been relevant to the overall health of the river. Further research involved the development of an accountability framework to look at the many jurisdictions and the various legislation and mandates in the watershed.

Report created for BC Hydro summarizing rampdown events (where flow is decreased from dam outlets) occurring on the Lower Coquitlam River. Rampdown monitoring helps minimize impacts to aquatic communities downstream of dams.
