Phase I of the Coquitlam River Watershed Strategy project was to complete a backgournd research and summarize the many documents that have been produced over the years that have been relevant to the overall health of the river. Further research involved the development of an accountability framework to look at the many jurisdictions and the various legislation and mandates in the watershed.
