Municipal World article features Coquitlam River Watershed Roundtable

An article in the March 2017 issue of Municipal World magazine titled “Democratizing Urban Watersheds: A Prospect for Participatory Environmental Planning in Metro Vancouver” highlights the Coquitlam River Watershed Roundtable as a prominent and successful example of the use of the Open Standards (OS) approach to watershed planning.
