The Coquitlam River Watershed Roundtable has finalized its Terms of Reference update. The document items also function as the new society bylaws. Revisions include a more concise mission statement, a clear statement about First Nations engagement, document restructuring for clarity and the addition of items pertaining to members in bad standing and indirect voting as required by the Societies Act. A big thank you to the task force who took the time to revise this document, and to our Core Committee for their thoughtful edits.
