CRWS Visit to kʷikʷəƛ̓əm Sockeye Hatchery

Car pool to the gates at the top of Pipeline Road to meet at 9:00 am, and walk to Hatchery (5-10 minutes). To learn more about the hatchery, please refer to this press release from the Kwikwetlem First Nation, or this presentation.

The Coquitlam River Watershed Society operates on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm (Kwikwetlem First Nation). We thank the kʷikʷəƛ̓əm who continue to live on these lands and care for them, along with the waters and all that is above and below.
